Die obere Bremsbackenfeder Art.-Nr. 4-1190 mit ca. 98 mm Gesamtlänge und 1,8 mm Drahtstärke ist für die Standard-BMW-Isetta ausgelegt und stellt die Rückstellung der Bremsbacken an der Hinterachse sicher. Bei der Restaurierung sollten ermüdete oder verrostete Originalfedern durch diese maßlich passende Neufertigung ersetzt werden, um korrektes Lüftspiel und gleichmäßigen Belagverschleiß zu gewährleisten.
