The 3-147 shift linkage rubber for the BMW Isetta’s shift linkage joints serves as an elastic mount and seal to minimize play, noise, and vibrations in the shift linkage. During restoration, brittle or cracked original rubbers are replaced with this part to restore smooth, precise shifting.
